Thrive Market

Today, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite online stores that has changed the HEALTH game for me … Thrive Market. I have been placing regular monthly orders for the last 9 months or so and have been really happy with this site! I have two friends that I have told about my Thrive Market obsession and now they both use and love it too….  so naturally, I figured it was time to share on the blog! So, what’s Thrive Market?!  Thrive Market is a membership community that uses the power of direct buying to deliver the world’s best healthy food and natural products to their members at wholesale prices, and to sponsor free memberships for low-income American families.

Thrive Market is like a Whole Foods (highest quality food and product selection) meets Amazon Prime (fast free delivery over $49) meets Costco (wholesale pricing)! One of the toughest challenges I face eating a Paleo diet is making sure I always have the kitchen stocked. It’s not reasonable to stock up on all of my items at Whole Foods in one visit without spending a FORTUNE! And it’s also not reasonable for me to go to the grocery store several times a week so this is where Thrive Market comes in handy! I can go to the grocery store once a week to get my meat, fruits and veggies and then I pretty much use Thrive Market for everything else: condiments, protein bars, spices, coffee, teas, marinara sauce, nuts, protein powder, coconut oil, ghee, dried fruits, baking ingredients, paleo wraps and crackers …  you get the idea. They do sell refrigerated items too such as coffee creamers and also have an amazing selection of vitamins, cleaning products and all-natural beauty products. Thrive Market is your one stop shop for all things healthy!

 Reasons I love Thrive Market:

CONVENIENCE: Your order is delivered right to your door so there is no excuse to not have healthy food on hand! There is also a handy-dandy “add to shopping list” button on every item that Thrive sells. When I know I am going to be buying an item multiple times, I make sure to add it to my shopping list so I have all of my priority items in one area!

Thrive Market

ORGANIZED SHOPPING: Thrive categorizes their products by “VALUES” making it a breeze to shop. Above are some of the values Thrive offers. I LOVE that they have a “Paleo” value because I can just click and get to filling my cart with items! Some of their values include: gluten-free, paleo, raw, vegan, vegetarian, non gmo, certified organic, contains probiotics, high fructose corn syrup free, IBS friendly, nut free, soy free, BPA free, family owned business, paraben free and the list goes on and on!

FREE GIFTS: Thrive Market always has a special offer for its members upon ordering. Sometimes it’s a free Justin’s Peanut Butter or a jar of organic coconut oil! I am always excited to see what the free gift is as it changes regularly and I make sure to plan my orders around the free gift I want!

THRIVE GIVES BACK:  Thrive’s mission is to make healthy living easy and affordable for everyone.  That’s why when you buy a Thrive Market membership, you’re also donating one to a low-income family, teacher, veteran, or student. They work with nonprofit partners like Feeding America to distribute free memberships to the families and individuals they serve as well as allow people to apply for a free membership right on their site! Just by becoming a member, you’re providing a free membership for a family in need!

COST SAVINGS: This is the main reason I wanted to share this site with all of you. YOU SAVE MONEY. I know that most grocery stores offer sales on items but sometimes I need something that is not on sale and I am forced to pay full price …  not with Thrive Market! Check out the above savings comparison. Thrive Market is selling products without the retail markup to save their members money. Also, good news about the membership fee:  if you don’t make your membership fee back in savings by the end of the year, Thrive automatically give you the difference in Thrive Market credit after you renew.  For example, if your membership fee was $60, and you only saved $40 in the year, Thrive will automatically add a $20 Thrive credit to your account after you renew. There’s nothing to lose!

An very interesting little write-up. My girlfriend has been badgering me for a while now to get something like this and I might just give it a try. And really, with a 30 day trial membership, what could go wrong?

This is awesome! I’ve never heard of thrive but I’m definitely going to check it out! I just recently changed up the way I’ve been cooking for my family and how I care for the home as far as products so this is perfect. Thanks for sharing this info!
